This session is designed to give you clear direction, a structured plan and simple next steps you can start immediately.

When you’re ready to stop starting and stopping and want a clear wellbeing plan to follow with the right level of support - this is where you build consistency that lasts.


We'll look at the full picture: movement, stress, sleep, nutrition, identity and values. It’s designed to create real, lasting change in how you feel and function day to day, not just short-term fitness results.


Includes:

 

  • 2 x Coaching Sessions (per month)
  • A structured coaching process to set goals and track progress 
  • A personalised wellbeing plan to follow
  • Habit-building support 
  • Hormonal Intelligence Strategy
  • Weekly check-ins

£200 per month

(3-month minimum commitment)

 

When you’re ready to fully commit and want hands-on support to move forward with confidence, this is your space to build strength, momentum and long-term change.


This is a premium coaching experience combining in-person training with ongoing support, helping you stay consistent, progress properly and feel stronger in both body and mind.


Empowering, progressive and fun coaching approach designed to support physical change and midlife mindset shift.


Includes:


  • 4 × 60 min Personal Training Sessions per month (per month)
  • Home Visits (Saltdean-Hove)
  • Health Review & Goal Setting
  • Progressive Strength Plan + ongoing progression 
  • Targeted Wellbeing Guidance
  • WhatsApp Support (for accountability, check-ins, and support between sessions) 
  • Weekly check-in support
