Hi I'm Sam, Women’s Wellbeing Coach, mum of two boys and all-round busy bee.
I support midlife women who feel overwhelmed and lost in the demands of life to reconnect with themselves, rebuild confidence, feel strong and more energised.
With over 20 years’ experience supporting women with their wellbeing, I know what works and what doesn’t and this is what I share with you now.
Through practical and supportive coaching, I'll help you make simple, sustainable changes that fits your real life.

I’m a midlife woman too, juggling family, work and the rollercoaster that is perimenopause.
I’m passionate about living a balanced, energised and connected life. I love strength training, seafront runs, walks in all weathers, sea swims, saunas and ice baths - anything that helps me feel strong, present and alive in my body. But I also understand what it feels like when life doesn’t feel that balanced.
I’m using my own wellbeing toolkit to help me survive and thrive through this stage of life. Midlife isn’t about perfection, it’s about having the right strategies when hormones decide to do their own thing!

That includes helping you follow an exercise approach designed for this stage of life, focused on building strength, increasing muscle and supporting your body through menopause.
