Hi, I'm Sam - Women's Wellbeing Coach, mum of two boys and all-round busy bee!
I help midlife women reconnect with themselves, build strength inside and out and feel confident, resilient and supported through this stage of life.
I’m passionate about keeping my body strong and living a balanced, varied and energized life. I enjoy strength training, art workshops, a seafront run or walk in all weathers, sea swims in all seasons, saunas and ice baths!

I’m a midlife woman myself - juggling family, work and the ups and downs of peri-menopause. So I know what it feels like to feel stuck, tired, and disconnected from your body.
With qualifications in personal training, life coaching, health coaching, menopause support and counselling - I’ve helped countless women break through these same challenges and I can help you too!
I’m using my own wellbeing toolkit every day to survive and thrive through midlife! I understand the hormonal changes, fluctuating energy and stop-start cycles that can make taking care of yourself feel impossible.
