
Hi, I'm Sam - Women's Wellbeing Coach, mum of two boys and all-round busy bee. I’m passionate about staying active, eating well, and helping women find calm, confidence, and balance in their everyday lives.
With 20 years' experience in the fitness and wellbeing industry, I’ve seen how movement, nutrition, and mindset can transform the way women navigate peri- and post-menopause.
Midlife is a special time to reconnect with yourself - not to shrink, but to step boldly into your best years with confidence, energy and self-belief.

My holistic approach combines strength training, life coaching principles, motivational strategies, counselling skills, and a strong focus on mental wellbeing. By working on both mindset and movement, I help break down barriers, build physical strength, and support mental health, with sessions that are nurturing, focused, yet light and fun.
As a woman in my 40s, I understand the unique challenges of staying fit in midlife while juggling stress, family, career, and a busy life and I share how to find balance with training and wellbeing plans that are realistic.
I also relate to the perimenopause stage as I am going through this myself, using my wellbeing toolkit to survive and thrive! I am trained in menopause transition and have an understanding of the hormonal ups and downs.
