1:1 Wellbeing Coaching - online


Sometimes, just talking really helps. This 3-session coaching package gives you a safe, supportive space to pause, reflect, and gently explore what’s going on for you. Together, we’ll find ways for you to feel more balanced, focused, and confident as you navigate midlife. 


What You’ll Get 


Session 1 - Explore: Talk through what’s affecting your wellbeing and uncover what really matters to you. 


Session 2 - Strategise: Co-create a practical plan of action to improve your wellbeing and tackle challenges. 


Session 3 - Follow-Up: Reflect on progress, fine-tune and build confidence to sustain positive change.
