  • Best if you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start 
  • Gives you direction and simple next steps 

Online Coaching:

  • Build a Wellbeing Toolkit 
  • Follow at your own pace
  • Flexible coaching sessions
  • Regular check-ins for accountability 
  • Builds independence and consistency 

Personal Training (Premium):

  • Weekly 1:1 in-person sessions 
  • Hands-on coaching and guidance 
  • Strength & Fitness plan to follow
  • Structured progression
  • Ongoing support with your training and wellbeing 


This is more like having a life coach and personal trainer rolled into one.


We don’t just focus on exercise - we look at the full picture: movement, stress, sleep, nutrition, identity and values. It’s designed to create real, lasting change in how you feel and function day to day, not just short-term fitness results.


You’ll have structure, accountability and check-ins to keep you supported. 


Because real change takes time. It gives you space to build habits and see real progress.
