121 behaviour change coaching with lifestyle advice, designed to give you a practical way of managing your peri-menopause symptoms.


Be supported to manage stress and feel calmer. Balance fluctuating hormones, sleep deeper, lose weight/bloating. Ditch the diet, learn which exercises are right for you, feel empowered and energised!

Health review and goal setting.

BOOST

Pay as you go (minimum 3 sessions): Ideal for those ready to take action now. 

£60 per hour


REBALANCE

10 sessions: Go deeper into your wellbeing journey with a three month commitment. Stay accountable and motivated with weekly check-ins. 

£525 (£75 saving)
