121 coaching
Meno 360: 12 week online course designed to educate, empower and strengthen you, wherever you are along your peri-post menopause journey. During our 121 coaching sessions we will explore any physical and emotional symptoms you may be experiencing, softening these through exercise, targeted nutrition, sleep and stress management. Based around the main pillars of health we will consider your wellbeing as a whole. Feel empowered, calm and in control with a flexible self-care toolkit that works whenever you need it.
Personal Training
Not a fan of the gym or have a mega busy schedule? Let me come to you! Often we want to become more active but don't know where to start. Other times, we just want a boost in motivation and some new ideas to freshen up our usual routine. This is where having a personal trainer is really useful! I can deliver workouts in your home or an outdoor space, making it super easy to fit sessions in. I have been working with women for 20+ years and know what works and what doesn't - I can share with you my top exercise tips and make exercising fun, so you'll want to keep training.
Group exercise
Meno Fit @ Saltdean Lido: I offer this class as a solution to our need to be lifting weights in midlife to maintain important muscle mass. Teaching is a joy to me and I love to see the positive impact that movement has with the happy faces I meet here! This is a strength based whole body circuit using barbells and weights, with the added reassurance you are exercising safely and effectively.
