Having a personal trainer by your side is about so much more than someone counting reps. It’s about feeling seen, understood and supported - especially during midlife, when changes in energy, confidence, body composition and overall wellbeing can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself.


Strength training is one of the most important things women can do during midlife. It helps support muscle mass, bone health, metabolism, mobility and balance at a stage of life when these naturally begin to decline. More importantly, it helps you maintain the strength, confidence and independence to keep doing the things you love for years to come.


This isn't about chasing perfection or spending hours in the gym. It's about building a stronger body, creating more energy for everyday life and investing in your long-term health and wellbeing. Having that consistent, personal support each week creates a space just for you.


In person sessions

Your home or outdoor walking sessions

I offer personal training visits to your home - no fluorescent lighting, no mystery machines and no awkward guessing your way around equipment. Sessions can flow between your home and the outdoors as walk-and-train sessions.


This might look like lunges in your lounge, squats on the beach or a brisk walk along the seafront depending on the day, your energy and what feels good. Moving between indoor and outdoor spaces keeps things flexible and enjoyable.
