Choice of 3 plans
I have designed three unique plans based on 20+ years of experience working with women - these integrate weekly PT sessions, wellbeing coaching, hormonal strategy, targeted nutrition, check-ins and progress tracking. A 'block of 10' will only get you so far. This method is the way you will get results that last.
In person or online coaching
I offer personal training from your home, outdoor space or online saving you time and wandering the gym floor! For your workouts, if you have a home gym that's great, however a few weights and a mat can be just as good and I can advise you on the best kit to have.
In-person - Saltdean and Brighton area.
Online - daytime or evening sessions.
Follow-on support
Once you have completed your chosen course, you can select the follow-on level of support that works best for you - PT sessions only, structured support or wellbeing check-ins whenever you need them.
